Staff were so sweet when I got my vertical helix and nostril piercings. They made sure I was comfortable and gave me nonverbal signs in case I wanted to stop so I didn't feel anxious talking. Super cozy interior too!

GiiGii is the best! She's super clean, she walks you through the process, she explains everything you should know about the piercing you are getting and answers any and all questions, and she also goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. I've gotten several piercing with her and I've never had any issues.

I cannot rave enough about kissed by a needle and GiiGii. I recently got another piercing at a local tattoo shop and wanted reassurance that it was placed well and the right jewelry was used. GiiGii was patient while I asked many questions, even when I asked the same questions in different ways. She did not seem bothered or inconvenienced. She is knowledgeable and happy to share her insights. She took her time explaining everything to me. Because of this, I got two new piercings! She is a true professional with a kind soul. I felt so welcomed there. There are lots of choices for jewelry and zero pressure to purchase the more expensive pieces. She cared more about me getting what I wanted than trying to sell me something. The place is immaculate in the front and back areas when the piercings are done. I was able to watch her follow a strict sanitary protocol. Although, as with any body modification, there is a bit of pain to be expected, she has a very gentle touch, which made the whole experience fabulous. I cannot recommend her or her apprentice enough (sorry, I didn't catch your name). They are both fantastic.
